Great food and super busy. This is a small place and owner/manager has bad habit of reserving tables and having them empty for over 2 hours before people show up. Terrible idea on weekends. One of the customers at the bar and his wife complained about it and the manager dismissed him like he was crazy. We spoke up because we were at the bar next to them waiting for a table for 90 minutes and said we agreed (only two of us). There were 4-5 tables open the whole time. Both couples could have eaten and been gone before the reservation times posted on the tables. We tried to explain table turnover rates to the manager who seemed surprised that we agreed with the other couple and then dismissed us as well. All she said was "This is the way we've always done it."
